Just commented on James' official Facebook about fans feeling neglected because the didn't get the email. The comment wasn't rude or disrespectful; still, was quickly deleted.

How will they improve if they refuse to acknowledge feedback? Negative feedback doesn't equal trolling or hate and the page admin should know this.

Why a few fanfic authors use "their" instead of "they're" or "hear or her" instead of "here"? They are native English speakers and I assume this is discussed at school, right? Besides, having more than 500 feedback comments and no one pointing the mistakes or suggesting to include a beta reader makes me frustrated. :(
